The Parents and Friends Association

Who Are We?

The “Friends” are a group of parents, past students, teachers and supporters of BHMAS who are interested in helping all children and young people who participate in Service activities.

What Do We Do?

-  We run the ‘Friendly’ Coffee Shop at Music Centre on a Saturday;
-  Provide volunteer assistance and refreshments at concerts;
-  Support to some of the larger ensembles behind-the-scenes and at concerts and rehearsals.
-  Offer liaison between parents, students and mas.
-  Represent the parents and students at the Music Trust meetings.
-  Raise funds to help with instrument and equipment purchase.

We were pleased to be involved in fundraising for the Soundmakers project.

Promote and help administer the Brighton & Hove Past Players & Supporters Association.

How Can You Help?

-  We would welcome new members to attend our half termly meetings.
-  The Saturday coffee shop needs help.
-  Can you help out with concert refreshments .
-  Would you be able to offer help at fundraising events?
