About Us

Our service is part of Brighton & Hove City Council's Children and Young People's Trust. We provide a holistic range of music and performing arts education and performance opportunities for children and young people across the city and we also offer curriculum support to our colleagues in schools.

For students, performing to a live audience is an exciting and vital part of their development and we are committed to providing a thriving series of performances and events.

Apple Training Centre

An informal environment where teachers and technicians can explore Apple technologies regardless of experience or expertise.                   

Music

With a huge range of activities throughout the week there is something for everyone.

Dance

We offer dance classes to young people aged 8-18 including regular creative dance classes for primary and secondary aged children and young people, boys breakdance classes, summer school projects and The Brighton & Hove Youth Dance Company.

Playing for Success

Brighton & Hove Playing for Success operates as part of the Music and Performing Arts team, providing creative learning opportunities to the children and young people of the city.
